Sea Salt and Honey Glazed Salmon Recipe:


  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 2 tablespoons natural organic sea salt

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • Roasted vegetables of your choice (e.g. asparagus, carrots, Brussels sprouts, etc.)


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the natural organic sea salt, honey, and soy sauce until well combined.

  4. Place the salmon fillets onto the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Brush the honey and sea salt mixture over the salmon fillets, making sure to cover each fillet evenly.
